Sugar Mamma's Mini Donuts are gearing up to start our sixth season bringing fresh mini donuts to events around Toronto. Cooked fresh in organic coconut oil, their donuts are hard to resist. A staple at The Stop's Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, their mobile set up which is based out of a 1991 Japanese Mini Truck gets attention wherever they go.
The organic coconut oil we use really sets us apart from other 'carnival' types of mini donuts or deep fried dough product. When we were testing out different oils to use, as soon as we tried the coconut oil we knew there was no other option for us. The donuts don't absorb the coconut like other lesser oils, so our donuts have a traditional crispy outer layer and cakey middle.
The mobile set up used by Sugar Mamma's is prefect for any formal or casual event. Their stainless steel and wood setup, backed by their funky little truck instantly adds a cool factor to whatever event they find themselves at.
